目的 探究Nd:YAG和Er:YAG激光在牙周炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年11月至2022年11月期间在信阳市中心医院治疗的牙周炎患者106例,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(超声波龈下刮治联合根面平整)、观察组(超声波龈下刮治联合根面平整+Nd:YAG联合Er:YAG)各53例,对比两组组治疗有效率、疼痛评分、牙周指标、炎症因子水平、牙齿松动程度、并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组牙周指标[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)、探镇深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)]低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组[白细胞介素-21(IL-21)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、白细胞介素-35(IL-35)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组Ⅰ度牙齿松动程度患者占比高于对照组、Ⅱ度牙齿松动程度患者占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 牙周炎患者采用Nd:YAG联合Er:YAG激光治疗效果显著,可降低患者疼痛程度、牙齿松动程度,改善牙周指标,减轻炎症反应,减少并发症,安全性较高.

Objective To explore the application effect of Nd:YAG and Er:YAG lasers in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with periodontitis treated at Xinyang Central Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=53)and an observation group(n=53)using the random number table method.The control group received ultrasonic subgingival scaling combined with root planing,while the observation group received Nd:YAG and Er:YAG lasers in addition to the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain scores,periodontal indicators,levels of inflammatory factors,tooth mobility,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The periodontal indicators[plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL)]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-21(IL-21),interleukin-23(IL-23),interleukin-35(IL-35),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with grade I tooth mobility in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of patients with grade II tooth mobility was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Nd:YAG combined with Er:YAG lasers in the treatment of periodontitis has a significant effect.It can reduce the degree of pain and tooth mobility,improve periodontal indicators,alleviate inflammatory response,reduce complications,and has high safety.
