普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗青光眼术后干眼症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Pranoprofen Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome after Glaucoma Surgery

目的 探讨普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗青光眼术后干眼症的临床效果。方法 选取南乐县人民医院2022年2月至2023年1月收治的96例青光眼术后干眼症患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为研究组(n=48,普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗)与对照组(n=48,玻璃酸钠治疗),比较两组临床疗效、干眼症状评分[标准干眼症状评估量表(SPEED)]、泪膜功能[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、角膜荧光素染色(CFS)]及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗1个月后SPEED评分降低,且研究组SPEED评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗1个月后BUT、SIT水平提高,CFS评分降低,且研究组BUT、SIT水平高于对照组,CFS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(20.83%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 采用普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗青光眼术后干眼症患者,可提高临床疗效,改善干眼症状,提高BUT、SIT以及泪膜功能,降低CFS评分以及不良反应发生风险,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye syndrome after glaucoma surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with dry eye syndrome after glaucoma surgery who were treated at Nanle County People’s Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=48,treated with pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate)and a control group(n=48,treated with sodium hyaluronate).The clinical efficacy,dry eye symptom scores[Standard Patient Evaluation of Eye Dryness(SPEED)],tear film function[breakup time(BUT),Schirmer’s test(SIT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment rate in the study group(97.92%)was higher than that in the control group(81.25%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the SPEED scores in both groups decreased,and the SPEED scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the BUT and SIT levels in both groups increased,and the CFS scores decreased.The BUT and SIT levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the CFS scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.17%)was lower than that in the control group(20.83%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with dry eye syndrome after glaucoma surgery can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate dry eye symptoms,enhance BUT,SIT,and tear film function,reduce CFS scores,and lower the risk of adverse reactions.It is worthy of application.
