摘要
目的 分析营养支持延续护理与正念减压训练对胃癌术后患者的影响。方法 选取郑州大学第一附属医院2022年1月至2024年1月入院的106例胃癌术后患者为研究对象。遵循随机抽样法分组,对照组(n=53)实施营养支持延续护理,研究组(n=53)在上述基础上实施正念减压训练,比较两组营养状况[白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、前白蛋白(PA)]、心理状况[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]及生活质量(GQOLI-74)。结果 两组术后1 d ALB、Hb、PA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组术后1个月、3个月、6个月ALB、Hb、PA高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组术后1 d HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组术后3个月、6个月HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组术后1 d GQOLI-74评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组术后6个月GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 胃癌术后患者在营养支持延续护理与正念减压训练联合干预可提高营养状况及生活质量,并有利于改善焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective To analyze the impact of nutritional support continuation nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training on postoperative gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 106 postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=53)receiving nutritional support continuation nursing and a study group(n=53)receiving MBSR training in addition to nutritional support continuation nursing.The nutritional status[albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA)],psychological status[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)],and quality of life(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in ALB,Hb,and PA levels between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05).However,at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery,the ALB,Hb,and PA levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05).However,at 3 months and 6 months after surgery,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in GQOLI-74 scores between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05).However,at 6 months after surgery,the GQOLI-74 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of nutritional support continuation nursing and MBSR training can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of postoperative gastric cancer patients and help alleviate anxiety and depression.
