万里英,1956年出生,画家,自由撰稿人,山东省漫画家协会主席团成员、水墨漫画艺委会副主任,青岛市漫画家协会常务副主席,青岛市插画协会名誉主席,青岛市西游记文化研究会名誉主席。

Wan Liying,born in 1956,artist,free-lance writer,member of the Presidium of the Shandong Cartoonists Association,deputy director of the Ink Comic Art Committee,executive vice chairman of the Qingdao Cartoonists Association,honorary chairman of the Qingdao Ilustration Association,and honorary chairman of the Qingdao Research Society for Journey to the West.
