孟夏之际的济南,热情洋溢,活力四射。济南首届高层次人才招引大会以“天下泉城聚天下英才”为主题,向海内外英才发出了一份热情洋溢的邀请函。此次招引大会集人才招引、政策宣讲、文化展示、城市推介于一体,是第三届山东人才创新发展大会的一项重要活动,是加快构建济南“引进来”与“走出去”并重人才招引体系、打造“永不落幕”人才招引工作品牌的一次积极探索,是进一步提升城市软实力、影响力和吸引力的一次创新实践,也是近年来济南市乃至山东省举办的规模最大、辐射最广、影响最强的一次人才招引活动。招引大会组织1500余家各类用人单位参加,提供岗位2.6万余个,吸引海内外超5万名人才到场,现场达成意向1.4万余人次,相关情况被央视报道。

The First Jinan High-caliber Talent Attraction Conference in Jinan,with the theme of‘the city of springs gather talents from all over the world',is issuing a warm invitation to talents at home and abroad.The conference,integrating talent attraction,policy promotion,cultural exhibition,and city marketing,marks the largest,most extensive,and most influential talent attraction event in Jinan and even Shandong Province in recent years.The conference received the participation of over 1,5o0 employers,offering more than 26,000 job positions,and attracted over 50,000 talents from home and abroad,with over 14,000 on-site employment intentions reached.
