档案文化遗产保护是新时代档案事业高质量发展的重要内容,关系到中华文化传承和民族精神弘扬。面对新形势新挑战,创新档案文化遗产保护机制,推动多元主体协同参与,成为亟待破解的现实课题。深入分析档案文化遗产保护向多元主体参与转变的必然性,探讨多元主体日益广泛参与以及数字技术赋能档案文化遗产保护等发展新趋势,并围绕构建以档案部门为主导的多元主体档案文化遗产保护共同体、拓展社会参与渠道、搭建在线展示和跨界合作平台、培育系统保护和创新利用生态等方面,提出了创新档案文化遗产保护机制的具体路径。

The protection of archival cultural heritage is an important part of the high-quality development of the archival industry in the new era,which is related to the inheritance of Chinese culture and the motivation of national spirit.In the face of new situations and challenges,innovating the mechanism for protecting archival and cultural heritage,and promoting the collaborative participation of multiple entities have become urgent practical issues that need to be solved.This study deeply analyzes the inevitability of the transformation from the protection of archival cultural heritage to the participation of multiple subjects,the increasing participation of multiple subjects,and the new development trends of digital technology empowering the protection of archival cultural heritage.It also proposes specific paths for innovating the mechanism of archival cultural heritage protection,focusing on building a multi-party archival cultural heritage protection community led by the archival department,expanding social participation channels,building online display and cross-border cooperation platforms,and cultivating systematic protection and innovative utilization ecology.
