档案资源融入高校创新创业教育的路径与策略研究

Paths and Strategies for Integrating Archival Resources into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities

创新创业教育是深化高等教育综合改革、培养高素质创新创业人才的战略举措。作为高校信息资源的重要组成部分,档案资源具有原生性、权威性、系统性,价值独特,在支撑创新创业人才培养方面大有可为。在梳理高校创新创业教育发展现状的基础上,分析了档案资源在其中的作用定位,揭示了档案资源与创新创业教育在理念认知、管理机制、服务模式等方面存在的突出矛盾和问题,并从创新管理模式、拓展服务内容、优化服务方式、完善共享机制等方面提出了推动档案资源融入创新创业教育的对策建议,以期推动档案学与高等教育学、创新创业教育研究的跨学科融合。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a strategic measure to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education and cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents.As an essential component of university information resources,archival resources,with their unique values of originality,authority,and systematicness,have great potential in supporting the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Based on the analysis of the current development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,this paper examines the role and positioning of archival resources in this field.It reveals the prominent contradictions and issues existing between archival resources and innovation and entrepreneurship education in terms of conceptual cognition,management mechanisms,service models,and other aspects.Furthermore,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration of archival resources into innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspectives of innovating management models,expanding service content,optimizing service methods,and improving sharing mechanisms.These efforts aim to promote interdisciplinary integration between archival science,higher education studies,and research on innovation and entrepreneurship education.
