摘要
采用有限元软件Autoform对铝板零件的回弹分析,针对不同的拉伸压料面形状、不同的工艺补充和拔模角度、不同的凸凹模圆角大小以及不同的拉伸筋系数,分别对回弹结果分别进行了CAE分析,并选取了回弹数值最小的工艺方案进行了回弹补偿策略的制定。采用此方案进行研发的模具进行冲压调试后,生产出的零件尺寸满足标准,模拟结果与实际生产比较吻合。
The FEA software Autoform was used to analyze the springback of aluminum parts.CAE analysis was conducted on the springback results for different drawing binder shape,different addendum and draft angles,different punch and die radius,and different drawbeads coefficients.The process plan with the smallest springback value was selected to develop a dieface springback compensation.A draw die was developed with this compensation mothed.After tryout,the dimensions of the produced parts meet the standards,and the simulation results are in good agreement with production.The research results of this article have certain reference for the springback control of such parts.
