摘要
介绍了一种真空滑块结构的改良方案。真空抽芯滑块在成型过程中会使制品局部因为真空抽芯力作用出现变形,但由于滑块的大小等因素导致无法添加通气孔等结构解决真空。通过一种盲孔存气原理来解决此问题,达到了很好的效果。
This paper introduces an improved scheme of vacuum sliding block structure.The vacuum core-pulling slider will deform part of the product due to the action of vacuum core-pulling force during the forming process.However,due to the size of the slider and other factors,it is impossible to add structures such as air holes to solve the vacuum.In this paper,a blind hole gas storage principle is used to solve this problem,and good results are achieved.
