基于“以岗导学”的《航空机械基础》课程研究

Research on the Course of Aviation Machinery Fundamentals Based on"Job Guidance"

随着职业教育的发展,国家对专业技术技能型人才的培养越来越重视,关于职业教育人才培养的模式改革研究也越来越多。“以岗导学”教育理念强调教育与职业岗位的紧密结合,通过对岗位职责和工作要求来设计教学内容,实现对人才培养模式的改革。基于“以岗导学”教学模式提出了对《航空机械基础》课程研究的思路、方法及教学设计。使得学生在校期间学习内容与就业工作岗位要求的能力进行接轨,为培养“零距离”上岗人才奠定基础。

With the development of vocational education,the country is paying more and more attention to the cultivation of professional and technical talents,and there is also an increasing amount of research on the reform of vocational education talent cultivation models.The educational concept of"guiding learning by job"emphasizes the close integration of education and vocational positions.By designing teaching content based on job responsibilities and job requirements,it realizes the reform of talent cultivation mode.It proposes ideas,methods,and teaching design for the research of the course"Fundamentals of Aviation Machinery"based on the teaching model of"guiding learning by job".To align the learning content of students with the job requirements during their school years,laying the foundation for cultivating"zero distance"on-the-job talents.
