摘要
分析酸再生过程中机械设备腐蚀的主要原因,包括酸性介质的化学侵蚀、电化学腐蚀、应力腐蚀等。探讨当前常用的防腐技术,如涂层保护、材料选择、阴极保护等方法,对比这些技术的优缺点。在此基础上,提出综合防腐策略,该策略能显著提高机械设备的耐腐蚀性能,延长设备的使用寿命,减少维护成本,从而为酸再生过程稳定运行提供技术支持。
This study analyzes the main causes of corrosion of mechanical equipment in the process of acid regeneration,including chemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion of acidic media.Then,the commonly used anti-corrosion technologies,such as coating protection,material selection and cathodic protection,are discussed,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.On this basis,this paper puts forward a comprehensive anti-corrosion strategy,which can significantly improve the anti-corrosion performance of mechanical equipment,prolong the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs,thus providing technical support for the stable operation of acid regeneration process.
