摘要
为了满足制造业对高素质技术人才的需求,聚焦于数控机床电气控制的内涵式发展,通过构建课证融通的数控专业人才培养方案,并实现课程与职业标准的对接,以达到提升数控机床电气控制技术的目标,并提出发展创新路径包括定位人才培养目标改革教学方法、优化课程体系、完善学生考核机制、加强校企合作,以适应未来智能制造需求、满足多元化教育对象需求、并持续改进与国际接轨的发展趋势。
In order to meet the demand for high-quality technical talents in the manufacturing industry,this research focuses on the connotation development of the electrical control of CNC machine tools.Through establishing a training program for CNC professionals that integrates courses and certificates,and realizing the docking of courses and professional standards,the goal of improving the electrical control technology of CNC machine tools is achieved.The development and innovation path is proposed,including positioning talent training objectives,reforming teaching methods,optimizing curriculum system,improving student assessment mechanism,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,so as to meet the needs of future intelligent manufacturing,meet the needs of diversified education objects,and continuously improve the development trend of international standards.
