Because of its unique structural characteristics,the die handle parts present a certain difficulty in the process of CNC machining.Such parts usually require high material hardness and precise dimensional control to ensure reliability and performance in the final application.As the design of die handles often contains complex geometric shapes and fine details,this further increases the difficulty of processing.In CNC machining,selecting the appropriate tool path and cutting parameters is crucial to meet the precision requirements.Therefore,the processing of the die handle parts needs to carefully plan the processing strategy to overcome these difficulties and ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the parts meet the design requirements.
