摘要
工业机器人视觉检测系统作为智能制造的重要组成部分,通过结合计算机视觉和机器人技术,实现了对产品的高效、精确检测。从工业机器人视觉检测系统概述出发,通过对工业机器人视觉检测系统硬件选型、硬件连接、软件开发环境介绍、软件主要功能模块设计等方面进行分析,为工业机器人视觉检测系统的设计提供理论支持。
As an important component of intelligent manufacturing,the industrial robot vision inspection system combines computer vision and robot technology to achieve efficient and accurate product detection.It will start with an overview of the industrial robot visual inspection system,analyze the hardware selection,hardware connection,software development environment introduction,and software main functional module design of the industrial robot visual inspection system,and provide theoretical support for the design of the industrial robot visual inspection system.
