摘要
介绍了光伏功率预测的重要性及目前常用方法,分析了机械故障对预测模型的影响因素。设计了考虑机械故障因素的光伏功率预测模型,包括数据采集与处理、特征工程、机械故障因素的影响因素分析以及模型建立与优化。通过实际案例分析和模型效果评估,验证了模型的准确性与实用性。本研究对光伏发电系统的运行维护具有重要意义,可为提高光伏发电系统的效率和可靠性提供理论支持和技术指导。
This research introduces the importance of photovoltaic(PV)power forecasting and commonly used methods currently,analyzing the influencing factors of mechanical faults on the forecasting models.A PV power forecasting model considering mechanical fault factors is designed,including data collection and processing,feature engineering,analysis of the influencing factors of mechanical fault factors,and model establishment and optimization.Through practical case analysis and model performance evaluation,the accuracy and practicality of the model are verified.This research is of great significance for the operation and maintenance of PV power generation systems,providing theoretical support and technical guidance for improving the efficiency and reliability of PV power generation systems.
