基于数字孪生技术实时监控与预警设计及智慧梁场施工

摘要 以智能化梁场为研究对象,数字孪生技术为基础,对其进行实时监测和预警。提出了一种基于计算机辅助设计的新型桥梁结构控制系统。利用先进的数据分析与预测方法,对工程中可能出现的隐患进行检测,有效地进行安全预警,从而提高工程建设的安全与效率。该项目的实施,将充分发挥数字孪生技术在施工现场的应用价值,并对我国建筑业的信息化建设具有重要的借鉴意义。 This paper takes the intelligent beamfield as the research object and the digital twin technology as the basis to monitor and warn it in real time.A new control system for bridge structures based on computer-aided design was proposed.The advanced data analysis and prediction methods are used to detect the hidden dangers that may occur in the project,and the safety early warning can be effectively carried out,so as to improve the safety and efficiency of the project construction.The implementation of this project will give full play to the application value of digital twin technology on the construction site,and has important reference significance for the information construction of China's construction industry.
