摘要
本研究针对长安路片区老旧小区改造项目,分析了其区位优势、存在问题及改造必要性。提出了“生活宜居、改善管理、传承历史”的改造原则,并具体阐述了生活宜居、改善管理和传承历史3个方面的设计理念。对安置方式、总体布局、建筑方案等进行了详细规划设计。结果表明,通过科学合理的改造设计,可提升老旧小区居民生活环境和生活状态,完善城市整体功能,提高城市整体形象。为老旧小区改造规划设计提供有益参考。
This study focuses on the renovation project of old residential areas in the Chang'an Road area,analyzing its location advantages,existing problems,and the necessity of renovation.The transformation principles of"livable life,improved management,and historical inheritance"were proposed,and the design concepts of livable life,improved management,and historical inheritance were specifically elaborated.Detailed planning and design were carried out for resettlement methods,overall layout,and architectural schemes.The results indicate that through scientific and reasonable renovation design,the living environment and living conditions of residents in old residential areas can be improved,the overall functions of the city can be enhanced,and the overall image of the city can be improved.It can also provide useful references for the planning and design of the renovation of old residential areas.
