大截面斜钢柱施工控制技术

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,钢结构在建筑中应用越来越多。建筑对于复杂造型的视觉冲击效果追求越来越高,尤其展示区作为客户接触项目最主要的场所,承担展示和销售功能。要打造标杆楼盘,不仅要有绝佳的地段,而且要有好的外立面。一个好的外立面,通常需要各种复杂的主体结构作为支撑,越来越多的斜钢柱、钢梁、转换柱在结构中充分应用。本研究主要通过对斜钢柱的受力情况进行分析,制订合理的斜钢柱吊装工艺,保证了斜钢柱的安装精度,并在传统吊装安装的基础上节省了施工措施材料。为后续类似结构安装提供借鉴。 With the continuous development and progress of society,steel structures are increasingly used in buildings.The pursuit of complex visual impact effects in buildings is becoming higher and higher,especially in the exhibition area,which is the main place for customers to contact projects,it undertakes display and sales functions,and major real estate enterprises attach great importance to it.A good facade often requires various complex main structures as support,and more and more inclined steel columns,steel beams,and transfer columns are fully utilized in the structure.This article mainly analyzes the stress situation of diagonal steel columns,formulates a reasonable lifting process for diagonal steel columns,ensures the installation accuracy of diagonal steel columns,and saves construction measures and materials on the basis of traditional lifting installation.Provide reference and guidance for the installation of similar structures in the future.
