工程总承包视角下项目实施阶段风险及应对

RISKS AND RESPONSES IN THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PHASE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR

经过一段时间的实践和发展,工程总承包模式在工程建设领域,在住宅类工程项目中应用广泛。由于这种承发包模式自身性质特点,在工程项目的具体实施阶段,仍存在着诸多的风险因素。本研究以工程总承包单位视角,从环境风险、工程款支付风险、概算风险、管理风险及其他风险等方面切入,梳理住宅类工程总承包项目实施阶段存在的风险及各类风险的成因,分析各类风险的影响程度,并提出建议,以期为日后的工程实践提供参考。

After a period of practice and development,the general contracting model is widely used in thefield of engineering construction,especially in residential projects.Due to the nature of this contracting mode itself,in the specific implementation stage of the project,there are still many risk factors.In this paper,from the perspective of the general contracting unit,from the environment,project payment,budget estimation,management and other aspects,combing the residential general contracting project implementation stage of the risk and the reasons for the formation of the risk,analyze the degree of impact of various types of risk,and put forward proposals,in order to provide reference for future engineering practice.
