摘要
目前针对单体建筑节能技术的研究已趋于成熟,而针对街区和城市尺度建筑集群能耗的研究相对较少。本研究梳理了在街区和城市尺度进行建筑能耗模拟的基本方法,并优选出最适合的基于UMI插件的建筑原型法,通过对实际街区的建筑集群能耗模拟验证了该方法的可行性和准确性,为未来街区和城市尺度建筑集群节能研究提供了技术支持。
Currently,research on energy-saving technologies for individual buildings has matured,while studies on energy consumption at the block and urban scales for building clusters are relatively scarce.This study reviews the basic methods for simulating building energy consumption at the block and urban scales,and selects the most suitable building prototype method based on the UMI plugin.The feasibility and accuracy of this method were verified through the simulation of the energy consumption of building clusters in actual urban blocks,providing technical support for future research on energy efficiency in block and urban-scale building clusters.
