一种四层箔带叠并绕线圈绕制机的结构设计

Structural Design of Four Layer Foil Tape Stacking and Winding Coil Winding Machine

目前常规箔式绕线机只能满足线圈单层箔带绕制、双层箔带叠绕以及单层箔带并绕,随着变压器行业和新能源行业的快速发展,仅仅单双层箔绕设备已无法满足低压箔绕的工艺要求,本文作者提出了一种四层箔带叠并绕线圈绕制机的方案,可同时控制四个开卷机同时开卷,将各自的箔带通入机架内的传递通道进行对中调整,通过四个开卷机联合使用在满足常规的单层箔带绕制、双层箔带叠绕和单层并绕绕制形式的前提下,同时也可满足双层并绕和双层叠绕的线圈绕制以及三层或四层箔带叠绕线圈绕制要求,为变压器行业线圈制造提供可靠的电工设备。

At present,the conventional foil winding machine can only meet the requirements of single layer foil winding,double layer foil winding and single layer foil winding at the same time.With the rapid development of the transformer industry and the new energy industry,only single and double layer foil winding equipment can no longer meet the technological requirements of low-voltage foil winding.This paper proposes a scheme of four layer foil winding machine,which can control four decoilers to uncoil at the same time,and put their respective foil strips into the transmission channel in the rack for alignment adjustment.Through the combined use of four decoilers,under the premise of meeting the conventional single layer foil winding,double layer foil winding and single layer parallel winding forms,it can also meet the requirements of double layer parallel winding and double layer overlapping winding.The coil winding and three or four layer foil tape overlapping coil winding requirements provide reliable electrical equipment for coil manufacturing in the transformer industry.
