摘要
目的分析粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)对薄型子宫内膜患者妊娠的影响。方法选择60例薄型子宫内膜患者作为研究对象,均于2021年4月至2023年12月在广东省肇庆市高要区人民医院接受治疗,按照治疗方式的不同进行分组,分为观察组(30例,行G-CSF治疗)和对照组(30例,行激素治疗)。观察并对比两组生化妊娠率、胚胎种植成功率、临床妊娠、不良妊娠结局发生率及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度变化。结果两组生化妊娠率、胚胎种植成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组临床妊娠率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组子宫内膜厚度增加,且观察组比对照组更厚(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论G-CSF可改善薄型子宫内膜患者的临床妊娠结局,增加子宫内膜厚度,减少不良妊娠结局。
Objective In order to analyze the effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)on pregnancy in patients with thin endometrium.Methods A total of 60 patients with thin endometrium were selected as the study subjects.They were all treated in Zhaoqing Gaoyao District People's Hospital from April 2021 to December 2023.They were divided into observation group(30 cases receiving G-CSF treatment)and control group(30 cases receiving hormone therapy)according to different treatment methods.Biochemical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation success rate,clinical pregnancy,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the biochemical pregnancy rate and the success rate of embryo implantation between the two groups(P>0.05),but the clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both groups,but the observation group was thicker than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions G-CSF can improve clinical pregnancy outcome,increase endometrial thickness and reduce adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with thin endometrial.
