“互联网+”知信行居家护理模式联合正念减压对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的干预研究

Intervention Effect of“Internet+”Zhixinxing Home Care Model Combined with Positive Thinking Decompression on Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探究“互联网+”知信行居家护理模式联合正念减压对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者的干预效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月就诊的DR患者100例,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行“互联网+”知信行居家护理模式,观察组联合正念减压护理,对比血糖控制率、视功能评分、自我管理能力、治疗依从性、护理满意度、生活质量评分、心理状态评分。结果观察组血糖控制率、视功能评分、自我管理能力、治疗依从性、护理满意度、生活质量评分心理状态评分高于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”知信行居家护理模式联合正念减压护理可以提高DR患者自我管理能力、治疗依从性,从而提高血糖控制率,改善视功能和生活质量,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,护理满意度高。

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of the"Internet+"Zhixinxing home care model combined with orthostatic decompression on patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 100 cases of DR patients were selected from January 2022 to January 2023,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with the"Internet+"Zhixinxing home care model,and the observation group was treated with the joint orthopedic decompression nursing care,and the comparison of the glycemic control rate,the visual function scores,the self-management ability,the compliance with treatment,the satisfaction with nursing care,the satisfaction with the treatment,the satisfaction with the care,the satisfaction with the treatment,and the satisfaction with the care.We compared the glycemic control rate,visual function score,self-management ability,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,quality of life score,and psychological state score.Results The glycemic control rate,visual function score,self-management ability,treatment adherence,nursing satisfaction,quality of life score psychological state score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the psychological state score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions"Internet+"Knowing and trusting home nursing model combined with positive stress reduction nursing can improve DR patients'self-management ability and treatment compliance,thus improving the glycemic control rate,visual function and quality of life,relieving anxiety and depression,and high nursing satisfaction.
