妊娠晚期会阴按摩联合凯格尔运动在初产妇经阴道分娩中的应用效果

The Effect of Perineal Massage Combined with Kegel Exercises in Late Pregnancy in Primiparous Women Delivering Vaginally

目的探究妊娠晚期会阴按摩联合凯格尔运动在初产妇经阴道分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年3月的68例初产妇作为此次研究对象,应用随机数字表法,将68例初产妇分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组妊娠晚期采用常规干预措施,观察组妊娠晚期采用会阴按摩联合凯格尔运动,对比两组的产程时间、疼痛程度、会阴损伤情况以及临床相关指标。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程以及第三产程时间、VAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组会阴损伤程度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组会阴出血量、产后下床活动时间均低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期会阴按摩联合凯格尔运动可显著改善初产妇产程时间以及疼痛程度,同时可改善患者会阴出血量、产后下床活动时间以及新生儿Apgar评分。

Objective To explore the application effect of perineal massage combined with Kegel exercise in vaginal delivery for primiparous women in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 68 primiparous women from July 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the 68 primiparous women into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).The control group received routine intervention measures in the late stage of pregnancy,while the observation group received perineal massage combined with Kegel exercise in the late stage of pregnancy.The delivery time,pain level,perineal injury,and clinical related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor,and the VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The difference in the degree of perineal injury between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The amount of perineal hemorrhage and the time to get out of bed after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Apgar score of newborns was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Perineal massage combined with Kegel exercises in late pregnancy significantly improved the duration of labor and pain in primiparous women,as well as perineal hemorrhage,postpartum time out of bed,and neonatal Apgar scores.
