振源胶囊结合胺碘酮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床效果观察

Effects of Zhenyuan Capsule Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Arrhythmia

目的探究振源胶囊联合胺碘酮用于慢性心力衰竭伴心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法纳入2021年1月至2023年12月在本院收治的86例慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者(室性心律失常),随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组接受常规胺碘酮治疗,观察组接受振源胶囊结合胺碘酮治疗,均治疗3个月,观察两组患者临床疗效(心电图、心功能)、心律失常复发率及用药安全性。结果治疗3个月,研究组心电图恢复正常率86.05%、心功能改善总有效率95.35%,均高于对照组60.47%、76.74%(均P<0.05)。随访3个月,研究组心律失常复发率6.98%,低于对照组的27.91%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率4.66%,与对照组6.99%不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论振源胶囊结合胺碘酮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常效果相比胺碘酮单药治疗,能够提升临床疗效,更好改善心功能,降低复发风险,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenyuan capsule combined with amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia.Methods The study included 86 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia(ventricular arrhythmia)admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,all subjects were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine amiodarone treatment,and the observation group received Zhenyuan capsule combined with amiodarone treatment.Both patients were treated for 3 months and then were followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy(ECG,cardiac function),arrhythmia recurrence rate and safety of the two groups were analyzed.Results After 3 months'treatment,the total effective rate of ECG and cardiac function in the study group was 86.05%and 95.35%,which were higher than those in the control group(60.47%and 76.74%,respectively)(both P<0.05).Follow-up for 3 months showed that the recurrence rate of arrhythmia in the study group was lower than the control group(6.98%vs.27.91%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was similar to the control group(4.66%vs.6.99%,P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with only amiodarone treatment,Zhenyuan capsule combined with amiodarone was more effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia,which can improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function,reduce the risk of recurrence,without increasing adverse reactions.
