优质护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者的症状缓解情况及生活质量的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on the Time of Symptom Relief and the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨老年慢性支气管炎患者实施优质护理对其症状缓解情况和生活质量的临床影响。方法本研究选取2022年4月至2024年4月福清市城头镇卫生院收治的118例老年慢性支气管炎患者,根据不同的护理方法将观察对象分为两组,采用常规护理的为对照组,59例;采用优质护理的为观察组,59例。对比两组症状缓解时间、护理前后的肺功能和生活质量。结果观察组喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺啰音缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰值流速指标、生活质量评分各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性支气管炎患者采用优质护理能获得较为理想的护理效果,不仅可以有效缩短其症状缓解时间,还可以改善其肺功能,提升其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of quality nursing on symptom relief and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods The observation objects of this study were 118 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in Chengtou Town Health Center of Fuqing City,selected from April 2022 to April 2024.According to different nursing methods,the observation objects were evenly divided into two groups.The patients receiving routine nursing were named as the control group,with 59 patients in this group.The patients with high quality nursing were named observation group,with 59 patients in this group.Symptom remission time,lung function and quality of life before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results The time to relieve wheezing,cough,sputum,shortness of breath,and pulmonary rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of care,all scores of FVC,FEV1,PEF index,and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of quality care for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can achieve a more satisfactory nursing effect,which can not only effectively shorten the symptomatic relief time,but also improve their lung function and enhance their quality of life.
