荧光染色法与KOH湿片法在皮肤真菌直接镜检检查中的应用价值

The Value of Fluorescent Staining Method and KOH Wet Slides in Direct Microscopic Examination of Skin Fungi

目的对比荧光染色法与氢氧化钾(KOH)湿片法用于皮肤真菌直接镜检检查中的效果。方法以2022年10月至2023年10月我院接诊疑似皮肤真菌感染患者90例作为研究对象,采集皮损样本,分别通过荧光染色法、KOH湿片法进行镜检检查,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,对比两种检查方法的阳性检出率。结果临床综合诊断结果显示,31例患者确诊为手足癣,占比34.44%;19例患者确诊为体股癣,占比21.11%;11例患者确诊为头面癣,占比12.22%;20例患者确诊为甲癣,占比22.22%。荧光染色法直接镜检取得的总阳性率高于KOH湿片法(P<0.05)。结论通过荧光染色法进行皮肤真菌直接镜检检查相比KOH湿片法结果更准确,且操作更为便捷、快速。

Objective To compare the effect of fluorescence staining method and potassium hydroxide(KOH)wet slice method in direct microscopic examination of skin fungi.Methods A total of 91 cases of patients with suspected skin fungal infections diagnosed in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were taken as the study subjects,and the skin lesion samples were collected and examined microscopically by fluorescence staining method and KOH wet slice method,respectively,and the positive detection rate of the two methods was compared with that of the comprehensive clinical diagnostic results as the gold standard.Results The results of comprehensive clinical diagnosis showed that 31 patients were diagnosed with tinea pedis,accounting for 34.44%;19 patients were diagnosed with tinea corporis,accounting for 21.11%;11 patients were diagnosed with tinea capitis,accounting for 12.22%;and 20 patients were diagnosed with tinea cruris,accounting for 22.22%.The total positive rate obtained by direct microscopic examination of fluorescent staining method was higher than that of KOH wet slice method(P<0.05).Conclusions Direct microscopic examination of skin fungi by fluorescent staining method is more accurate than KOH wet slice method,and the operation is more convenient and rapid.
