情景式健康教育对肝癌介入术中CBCT伪影发生率的影响

The Effect of Situational Health Education on the Incidence of CBCT Artifacts in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Interventions

目的分析情景式健康教育对肝癌术中锥形束CT(CBCT)伪影发生率的影响。方法纳入2023年1—12月在我院就诊的94例肝癌患者,术中均行CBCT检查,以患者入院时间先后顺序分为对照组(2023年1—6月)、观察组(2023年7—12月),两组各47例,对照组行常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上行情景式健康教育,对比两组的CBCT伪影发生率、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组CBCT伪影发生率更低(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌术中CBCT检查患者行情景式健康教育,可改善负性情绪,降低CBCT发生率及并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of situational health education on the incidence of intraoperative cone beam CT(CBCT)artifacts in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Ninety-four patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 and underwent intraoperative CBCT were included,and were divided into a control group(January-June 2023)and an observation group(July-December 2023)in the order of patients'admission time,with 47 cases in each of the two groups.Conventional health education was performed in the control group,and situational health education was performed in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The incidence of CBCT artifacts,negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of CBCT artifacts was lower in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the difference between the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower,and lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the complication rate was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Conducting situational health education for patients with intraoperative CBCT examination of hepatocellular carcinoma can improve negative emotions and reduce the incidence of CBCT and complication rate.
