循证医学理论指导下规范化疼痛护理对阑尾炎患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Standardized Pain Nursing Under the Guidance of Evidence-Based Medicine Theory on Postoperative Pain and Quality of Life in Patients with Appendicitis

目的分析循证医学理论指导下规范化疼痛护理对阑尾炎患者术后缓解疼痛、提高生活质量的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月在我院治疗的100例阑尾炎手术患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施循证医学理论指导下规范化疼痛护理,对比两组阑尾炎手术患者术后恢复指标、满意度评分、术后各时间点疼痛评分及生活质量、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者恢复时间短于对照组,各时间点疼痛评分低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,生活质量评分改善优于对照组,切口感染、切口硬结、切口红肿、切口裂开等并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论循证医学理论指导下规范化疼痛护理对阑尾炎术后患者的疼痛缓解具有良好的效果,有利于缩短阑尾炎术后恢复时间,提升患者满意度,减少并发症发生,提高患者的生活质量和满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of standardized pain nursing under the guidance of evidence-based medicine theory on postoperative pain relief and quality of life for patients with appendicitis.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing appendicitis surgery in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.The reference group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized pain nursing under the guidance of evidence-based medicine theory on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative recovery index,satisfaction score,pain score,quality of life and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the pain scores at all time points were lower than that of the control group,the satisfaction scores were higher than that of the control group,the improvement of the quality of life scores was better than that of the control group,and the complication rates of incisional infections,incisional hardness,incisional redness and swelling,and incisional splitting were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized pain nursing under the guidance of evidence-based medicine theory has a good effect on the pain relief of patients after appendicitis surgery,which is conducive to shortening the recovery time after appendicitis surgery,improving patient satisfaction,reducing the occurrence of complications,and improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
