中国经济学自主知识体系中的发展议题与理论框架

Development Issues and Theoretical Framework in the Independent Knowledge System of Chinese Economics

中国经济学已经发展到了需要原创经济理论的时代。从评价发展的信息基础这一元理论角度来看,现存两大类发展理论即结构主义发展理论和能力主义发展理论,各自存在局限性,分别是前者关注社会结构的变化发展而忽视了人的发展,后者关注人的实质自由的发展而对公平关注不够。在批判考察这两类发展理论的基础上,可以引出中国经济学自主知识体系建构中的发展议题以及相应的发展理论框架。这一理论框架的核心内涵包括两个基本面:(1)它的信息基础是关系性的,其价值取向是全体人民的共同富裕。(2)它的主体结构是需求结构优化、产业结构优化及其对应关系,该结构在现实性上反映的是发展的基本动力系统。依据这一理论框架,一个社会的发展质量高低可以用其需求结构优化与其产业结构优化的对应关系强度来度量。

Chinese economics has reached an era that original economic theories are needed.From the perspective of the meta theory of evaluating the information foundation of development,the limitations of the existing two types of development theories,namely structuralist development theory and competence based development theory,are that the former focuses on the changes and development of social structure while neglecting human development,and the latter focuses on the substantive freedom of human development and insufficient attention to fairness.Based on the critical study of these two kinds of development theories,this paper leads to the development issues in the construction of independent knowledge system of Chinese economics,and puts forward the corresponding development theory framework.The core connotation of this theoretical framework includes two fundamental aspects:(1)Its information foundation is relational,and its value orientation is common prosperity for all people;(2)Its main structure is the optimization of demand structure,industrial structure,and their coresponding relationships;This structure reflects the fundamental driving system of development in reality.According to this theoretical framework,the quality of a society's development can be measured by the strength of the corresponding relationship between its demand structure optimization and its industrial structure optimization.
