基于CiteSpace分析冠状动脉微血管疾病的研究热点

摘要 目的基于CiteSpace分析近20年冠状动脉微血管疾病的研究热点。方法检索Web of Science数据库2004年1月1日至2023年6月8日期间关于冠状动脉微血管疾病的相关文献,将其导入CiteSpace6.2.R2软件,对发文量、作者、被引期刊、国家、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入917篇相关文献。2004至2017年的年发文量整体呈上升趋势,2017年后的年发文量持续性大幅度增长。CreaFilippo团队发文量最多;被引频次最高的期刊为Circulation;发文量最多的研究机构为圣心天主教大学;国家分布显示美国、意大利、中国、英国的发文量最多,其中,我国的中心性较低,表明我国应加强与国际间的合作。关键词分析显示“冠状动脉微血管功能障碍”、“冠状动脉血流储备”、“心脏疾病”等为高频关键词;关键词大致聚集为三类,即冠状动脉微血管结构研究、冠状动脉微血管功能研究及其相关疾病研究。关键词突现分析显示,冠状动脉微血管疾病的发病机制及其相关疾病的研究为该领域的主要研究方向。结论冠状动脉微血管疾病的发病机制及其相关疾病的研究为该领域的研究热点。 Objective To analyze the research hotspot of coronary microvascular disease(CMD)based on CiteSpacein recent 20 y.Methods The database of Web of Science was retrieved for collecting the literature related to CMD from Jan.12004 to June 8,2023,and the literature were introduced intoCiteSpace 6.2.R2 software.The number of published articles,authors,cited journals,countries,institutions and keywords were given a visual analysis.Results A total of 917 related literatures were included.The annual volume of published articles showed an upward trend from 2004 to 2017,and continued to increase substantially after 2017.CreaFilippo team had the most publishedarticles,Circulation had the highest citation frequency,and Sacred Heart Catholic University had the most publishedarticles.The national distribution showed that the United States,Italy,China and the United Kingdom had the largest number of papers,but the centrality of China was lower,indicating that China should strengthen its internationalcooperation.The results of deyword analysis showed that“CMD”,“coronary flow reserve(CFR)”and“heart diseases”were high-frequency keywords.The keywords were roughly grouped into 3 types,i.e.studies on coronary artery microvascular structure,coronary artery microvascular function and related diseases.The results of keyword emergence analysis showed that the studies on CMD pathogenesis and related diseases were the main research direction in the field.Conclusion The studies on CMD pathogenesis and related diseases are hotspot in the field.
