摘要
Nature is unrivaled in its ability to create sophisticated architectures via hierarchical, precisely organized and ordered assembly of simple structural motifs[1].Adaptation is ubiquitous in living systems, inducing evolution toward more sophisticated architectures with atomic precision, which usually involve superadaptive changes of structure and function to maintain the normal operation of life systems[2,3].For instance, the super-adaptive transition of DNA from original structure to the nucleosome, superhelix or chromatin structure makes the volume shrinkage of 86%-99.9%,which is the key process to regulate DNA functions[4].Inspired by these delicate processes, scientists have devoted enormous efforts to mimicking the natural assembly process for developing advanced functional materials[5-7].
