摘要
本文基于污泥压榨脱水系统,采用重力和水平螺旋脱水机,将连续累计自动衡器(即电子皮带秤)作为各机构间的核心连接设备,对该皮带秤在系统中的计量特性进行研究,并建立基于连续累计自动衡器运行参数的污泥脱水率运算模型,将皮带秤的运行参数和称量数据代入数学计算。结果表明:该方法能实时反馈脱水系统的运行状态,不仅可实现对整体脱水过程进行精确控制,而且能保障系统的稳定运行。
Based on the sludge pressing and dewatering system,this paper adopts the gravity horizontal spiral dewa-tering machine and takes the continuous cumulative automatic weighing device(that is,electronic belt scale)as the core connecting equipment among various institutions.The measurement characteristics of the belt scale in the sys-tem are studied,and the calculation model of sludge dewatering rate based on the operating parameters of the contin-uous cumulative automatic weighing device is established.The running parameters and weighing data of belt scale are put into mathematical calculation.The results show that the method can feedback the running state of the dehy-dration system in real time,which can not only realize the accurate control of the whole dehydration process,but also ensure the stable operation of the system.
