The progress of research on viral gastroenteritis

病毒性胃肠炎是我国的常见、多发病,是重要的公共卫生问题,严重危害5岁以下儿童的健康。引起病毒性胃肠炎的病毒较多,其中以轮状病毒(RV)、诺如病毒(NV)为主,但由于病毒基因型不断变化,疫情爆发常有发生。因此通过了解病毒的结构、基因型、发病机制、临床表现、疫苗的现状,加深对病毒性胃肠炎的认识,进行早期预防及干预,指导临床治疗,提高家长对疾病认识,以及疫苗接种的必要性。

Viral gastroenteritis is a common and frequently occurring disease in our country,and it is an important public health problem that seriously endangers the health of children under 5 years old.There are many viruses that can cause viral enteritis,with Rotaviruses and Noroviruses being the main pathogens.Di⁃arrhea epidemic outbreaks often occur due to continuous changes in virus genotypes of Rotavirus and Norovi⁃rus,which frequently spread in large areas.Therefore,by deepening our understanding of viral gastroenteritis through studying the viruses' structure,genotype,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and vaccine status,we can prevent the disease early,intervene,guide clinical treatment,and increase parents' awareness of the disease and the importance of vaccination.
