摘要
基于胡庚申的生态翻译学理论,通过文本分析,从语言维、文化维和交际维三个层面分析发现,沙博理译版《水浒传》中饮食描写的翻译遵循了多维度适应与适应性选择的翻译原则,体现整体和谐的翻译生态系统,为《水浒传》外译研究提供新的视角。
This paper sheds light on TAS(Translation as Adaptation and Selection)and“Three Dimensional Transplantations”in Eco-translatology theory,on this basis,argues the cuisine translation in Outlaws of the Marsh translated by Sidney Shapiro in a systematic way.By text analysis,the paper illustrates that the cuisine translation in the Shapiro version follows the principle of Multi-dimensional Adaptation and Selection and reflects the“holistic harmony”in Eco-translation field.In doing so,this paper aims to offer the new perspective for study in terms of Outlaws of the Marsh translation.
