环保型道路融雪剂制备及效率研究

摘要 从绿色生态角度出发,选用醋酸基材料,以凝固点为关键指标,制备环保型道路融雪剂,并深入研究其性能。主要结果有:1)通过凝固点与融冰效能筛选出醋酸钾、醋酸钠、醋酸铵为核心组分,并通过单纯形重心设计法确定最佳配比:醋酸钾∶醋酸钠∶醋酸铵=30%∶30%∶40%,以达到最优融雪效果。2)自制融雪剂的融冰性能可达传统氯盐融雪剂的95%,对碳钢材料的腐蚀远低于氯盐融雪剂,对黄豆种子发芽影响微乎其微,充分显示其环保优势。 From a green ecological perspective,this paper selected acetate-based materials with the freezing point as a key indicator to prepare an eco-friendly road deicer and thoroughly studied its performance.The main results are as follows:1)By screening freezing point and ice-melting efficiency,potassium acetate,sodium acetate,and ammonium acetate were identified as core components.Using the simplex centroid design method,the optimal ratio was determined:potassium acetate∶sodium acetate∶ammonium acetate=30%∶30%∶40%,achieving optimal deicing performance.2)The homemade deicer's ice-melting performance reaches about 95%of traditional chloride deicers,with significantly lower corrosion on carbon steel and minimal impact on soybean seed germination,showcasing its environmental advantages.
