论文针对玻璃工厂热力管道单层保温厚度的设计进行了深入探讨。通过对玻璃工厂热力管道的运行环境、热量损失机理、保温材料的性能分析,结合热工学理论,提出了单层保温厚度的设计方法。该方法旨在确保热力管道在运行过程中既满足保温要求,又经济合理。
This article delves into the design of single-layer insulation thickness for thermal pipelines in glass factories.A design method for single-layer insulation thickness is proposed by analyzing the operating environment,heat loss mechanism,and insulation material performance of the thermal pipeline in a glass factory,combined with thermal engineering theory.This method aims to ensure that the thermal pipeline meets both insulation requirements and is economically reasonable during operation.
