摘要
退火窑作为浮法玻璃关键的设备之一,其设计和操作的优化对于提高玻璃产品质量、降低能源消耗以及保障生产安全等方面具有重大意义。通过对现有退火窑结构的分析并在此基础上提出了结构创新设计的思路,着重于改善热效率、降低能耗、提升生产效率,并强调了模块化设计对于简化维护工作和快速替换损坏部件的重要性。结果显示,新设计显著提高了热能利用率,减少了能源消耗,并能有效地减轻玻璃的内部应力,提高了成品率。同时,通过市场及应用分析,展示了新型退火窑设计在当前市场上的应用前景,并讨论了其在不同生产规模和产品类型的玻璃企业中的适用性。
The annealing lehr for float glass,as one of the key pieces of equipment,plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of glass products,reducing energy consumption,and ensuring production safety.Through an analysis of existing annealing lehr structures,the paper identifies common design flaws and proposes ideas for structural innovation.The new design focuses on improving thermal efficiency,reducing energy consumption,enhancing production efficiency,and emphasizes the importance of modular design for simplifying maintenance and quickly replacing damaged parts.Results show that the new design significantly improves thermal energy utilization,reduces energy consumption,and effectively alleviates internal stress in glass,thereby increasing the yield of finished products.Additionally,through market and application analysis,the paper demonstrates the application prospects of the new annealing lehr design in the current market and discusses its suitability for different scales of production and types of glass enterprises.
