摘要
论文阐述了物联网在矿山机械设备中的应用技术,探讨了智慧矿山的构建,并提出了实现矿山生产全流程智能化的全面计划。智慧矿山构建涵盖了地质与采矿环境的数字化、现代化采矿设备的应用、自动化采矿过程、信息化管理以及网络化数据管理等众多领域。智能化生产流程的设计,涵盖了智能凿岩、智能铲运、智能支护等方面。此外,智能通风、智能排水、智能供电和井下破碎控制等系统也是智慧矿山不可或缺的部分。采用这些技术和计划能够显著提升矿山生产的效率、安全性及智能化程度。
This article discusses the application of the Internet of Things(IoT)in mine machinery and equipment,explores the construction of smart mines,and presents a comprehensive plan for realizing the intelligentization of the entire mine production process.The construction of smart mines encompasses many fields,including the digitalization of geological and mining environments,the application of modern mining equipment,automated mining processes,informational management,and networked data management.The design of the intelligent production process includes aspects such as intelligent rock drilling,intelligent earth moving,and intelligent support.In addition,systems such as intelligent ventilation,intelligent drainage,intelligent power supply,and underground crushing control are also indispensable parts of a smart mine.Implementing these technologies and plans can significantly improve the efficiency,safety,and intelligence of mine production.
