中国濒危非物质文化遗产的多元价值与系统性保护——基于UNESCO非遗存续现状可视化评价模型的分析

Pluralistic Value and Systemic Protection of Endangered Intangible Cultural Heritage in China:Based on the Visual Evaluation Model of the Current Status of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage

当今社会人文生态与自然环境持续恶化,人类非物质文化遗产的存续面临巨大威胁。保护好、传承好、利用好宝贵的世界遗产,是人类文明赓续和世界可持续发展的必然要求。在分析中国非物质文化遗产多元价值的基础上,借助联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)非遗存续现状可视化评价模型,剖析了我国7项濒危非遗项目面临的潜在威胁及其成因,探讨了保护对策,对于推动构建人类多元文明共同体具有重要意义。

The humanistic ecology and natural environment continue to deteriorate in contemporary society,and the survival of human intangible cultural heritage is facing great threats.Protecting,inheriting and making good use of the precious world heritage is an inevitable requirement for the continuation of human civilization and the sustainable development of the world.On the basis of analyzing the multiple values of Chinas intangible cultural heritage,this paper analyzes the potential threats and causes of seven endangered intangible cultural heritage items in China with the help of the visual evaluation model of the current status of intangible cultural heritage of the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO),and discusses the protection countermeasures,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of a community of diverse civilizations of mankind.
