职业教育与新质生产力相互赋能的认识论审思

摘要 职业教育与新质生产力相互赋能的实践必须建立在正确认识的基础上。从实践来看,新质生产力赋能职业教育已经具备一定的实践积累;从理论来看,新质生产力促进职业教育发展必须具备一定的条件。就职业教育赋能新质生产力来说,职业教育在促进新质生产力发展中起着不可替代的作用,但也不能夸大这种作用;职业教育不仅要为新质生产力发展提供直接服务,而且要通过发展传统生产力来促进新质生产力的发展。在两种赋能的关系上,两种赋能的价值立场是同一的,职业教育赋能新质生产力的实现必须以新质生产力赋能职业教育为前提。 The practice of mutual empowerment between vocational education and new quality productive forces must be based on correct understanding.From a practical perspective,empowering vocational education with new quality productive forces has a certain amount of practical accumulation;from a theoretical perspective,there must be certain conditions for new quality productive forces to promote the development of vocational education.In terms of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces,vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of new quality productive forces,but this role cannot be exaggerated;vocational education should not only provide direct services for new quality productive forces,but also promote the development of new quality productive forces by developing traditional productivity.In terms of the relationship between“two empowerment”,the value standpoint of“two empowerment”is the same,and the realization of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces must be based on the premise of empowering vocational education with new quality productive forces.
