工匠精神如何融入专业教学:内在逻辑、现实困境与实践策略

摘要 职业教育作为我国重要的类型教育,承担着培养高质量应用型技术技能人才的重任。高质量的职业人才不仅要具备精湛的专业技能和扎实的专业知识,还要具备良好的职业素养。工匠精神作为职业素养的核心内容,在职业院校中受到广泛重视。通过分析职业院校专业课教学中学生工匠精神培育的现状发现:教师对工匠精神认知不足;教师缺乏工匠精神植入能力;工匠精神的融入缺乏专业特色;校企文化对接不畅。据此,提出:建树工匠精神培育理念,专业课教学全面全程嵌融工匠精神;提升课程专业教学育人能力,教学目标与评价紧密融合工匠精神;促进校企文化融合,专业学习全程渗透工匠精神。 Vocational education,as an important type of education in China,bears the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality applied technical and skilled talents.High-quality vocational talents should not only have exquisite professional skills and solid professional knowledge,but also have good vocational literacy.Craftsmanship spirit,as the core content of vocational literacy,is widely emphasized in vocational colleges and universities.By analyzing the current situation of cultivating students’craftsmanship spirit,in the teaching of professional courses in vocational colleges,the study found that:teachers have insufficient knowledge of craftsmanship spirit;and lack the ability to implant craftsmanship sprit;the integration of craftsmanship lacks professional characteristics;and the cultural docking between schools and enterprises is not smooth.Accordingly,it is proposed that teachers should establish the concept of cultivating craftsmanship spirit and integrate craftsmanship spirit throughout the teaching of professional courses;enhance the ability of professional teaching and educating people in the courses,and closely integrate craftsmanship spirit with teaching objectives and evaluation;promote the cultural integration of schools and enterprises,and infiltrate craftsmanship throughout the professional learning process.
