摘要
职教教师是职业教育发展的关键,高质量技能型人才的培养和现代化社会的建设离不开一批高素质的教育家型职教教师。教育家型职教教师的培育符合大众对接受高质量职业教育的时代诉求,也有助于职教教师、职业院校和职校学生的未来发展。在角色理论视角下,当前我国教育家型职教教师培育过程存在“角色定位失焦”“角色塑造迷航”和“角色认知冲突”等现实困境。针对上述问题,要从明确角色发展定位、提高角色培训质量和规范角色评价等维度出发,并以此为逻辑基础,加速培育符合时代发展和大众期待的教育家型职教教师。
Vocational education teachers are the key to the development of vocational education.The cultivation of high-quality skilled talents and the construction of a modern society cannot be separated from a group of high-quality vocational education educationalist.The cultivation of vocational education educationalist is in line with the public’s demand for high-quality vocational education,and promoting the cultivation of vocational education educationalist is also helpful for the future development of vocational education teachers,vocational colleges,and vocational school students.From the perspective of role theory,the current process of cultivating vocational education educationalist in China faces practical difficulties such as“role positioning confusion”,“role shaping confusion”,and“role cognitive conflict”.To address the above issues,it is needed to start from clarifying the positioning of role development,improving the quality of role training,and standardizing role evaluation,and take this as a logical basis to accelerate the cultivation of vocational education educationalist who meet the development of the times and the expectations of the public.
