智能互联网时代国家级“双师型”教师培训基地教师培训数智化转型路径探析

摘要 大数据与人工智能的深度融合推动我国迈入智能互联网时代,国家对教育数智化发展已做出顶层战略部署,国家级“双师型”教师培训基地教师培训数智化转型亦势在必行。通过打造教师培训数智化云资源平台、构建数智化培训共同体、建设数智化培训教师队伍、开发数智化培训课程包、创新数智化培训模式和完善数智化培训绩效评估体系,将数智理念、数智应用贯穿于国家级“双师型”教师培训基地的培训课程设置、培训内容设计、培训模式创新和评估体系优化等建设全过程,引导职业教育教师适应数智化变革和终身学习趋势,助推国家级“双师型”教师培训基地高质量建设。 The deep integration of big data and artificial intelligence has pushed China into the era of intelligent Internet.The country has made a top-level strategic deployment for the development of digital and intelligent education.The digital and intelligent transformation of teacher training in the national“double qualified”teacher training base is also imperative.By building a digital intelligence cloud resource platform for teacher training,constructing a digital intelligence training community,building a team of digital intelligence training teachers,developing digital intelligence training course packages,innovating digital intelligence training models,and improving the performance evaluation system of digital intelligence training,the concept and application of digital intelligence will be integrated into the entire process of training course design,training content design,training model innovation,and evaluation system optimization of the national“double qualified”teacher training base.This will guide vocational education teachers to adapt to the trend of digital intelligence transformation and lifelong learning,and promote the high-quality construction of national“double qualified”teacher training bases.
