阿歇特出版集团全球化发展探析

摘要 阿歇特出版集团(Hachette Livre)作为世界五大出版集团之一,其在出版集团全球化发展上一直处于领先地位。阿歇特出版集团成功的海外扩展之路值得我们学习。通过梳理阿歇特出版集团的全球化发展历程,分析和研究阿歇特出版集团全球化战略的特点和全球化发展经验,提出了我国出版集团在实施“走出去”发展战略过程中,要坚持以精品出版为发展核心,要注重出版人才的培养,要推动出版全产业链“走出去”。 As one of the worlds five largest publishing groups,Hachette Livre has been a leader in the globalization of publishing groups.The successful overseas expansion of Hachette Livre is worth learning.By sorting out the globalization development history of Hachette Publishing Group,analyzing and studying the characteristics of Hachette Publishing Groups globalization strategy and experience of globalization development,we put forward that Chinas publishing group should adhere to the core of high-quality publishing,pay attention to the cultivation of publishing talents,and promote the whole publishing industry chain to“go out”.We also proposed that in the process of implementing the development strategy of“going out”,Chinas publishing group should insist on high-quality publishing as the core of development,pay attention to the cultivation of publishing talents,and promote the whole publishing industry chain to go out.
