海外学界对中国共产党组织体系建设的认知评析

Research on Overseas Academic Perception of the Construction of the Communist Party of China’s Organizational System

面对中国共产党这一百年政党的长盛不衰和稳固凝聚力,海外学者尝试从党的组织体系角度来寻找原因。他们从中国共产党的组织体系建设中看到了中国共产党执政的持久力量,提出中国共产党独具特色的领导体制设置、科学优良的党员干部队伍培养、稳固强劲的基层党组织建设,以及坚定的党性教育是中国共产党历经风华仍生机盎然的组织奥秘所在,也是评估中国共产党未来执政前景的重要参考。这些认识在一定程度上回答了海外有关中国共产党组织建设和发展的些许疑问,丰富了海外中国共产党研究视角,为党的未来组织变革提供了新的对策思考,但其观点也难免有失偏颇,需要加以辩证反思和回应。

In the face of the enduring success and solid cohesion of the Communist Party of China(CPC)over its hundred-year history,overseas scholars have tried to explore reasons from the perspective of the Party’s organizational system construction.They have observed the enduring power of the CPC’s governance in its organizational system construction,suggesting that the CPC’s unique leadership system,scientifically excellent cadre training,solid grassroots organization construction,and firm party spirit education are the organizational secrets behind the CPC’s vitality through times of change.These aspects also serve as important references for assessing the CPC’s future governance prospects.To some extent,these perceptions have answered some of the overseas questions about the CPC’s organizational construction and development,enriching the overseas research perspective on the CPC and providing new countermeasure thoughts for the Party’s future organizational transformation.However,their views inevitably have biases that require dialectical reflection and response.
