社会组织介入老年志愿服务的支持策略探究——以广州“公益时间”志愿服务平台为例

Exploring Support Strategies for Social Organizations in Elderly Volunteer Services:A Case Study of the Guangzhou"Public Wefare Time"Volunteer Service Platform

老龄化社会背景下老年志愿服务需求显著。社会组织凭借其灵活性、公益性和资源整合能力的优势,积极回应老年群体的社会参与意愿,并优化老年志愿服务体系,参与老龄化社会的治理。广州市志愿者协会运营的“公益时间”志愿服务平台在政府引领、政策支持、自我造血、社区依托、现代技术的介入等方面对老年志愿服务的支持策略进行了探索,为社会组织参与老年志愿服务提出相应的对策和建议。

The increasing demand for elderly volunteer services highlights the need for effective support systems in an aging society.Social organizations,with their strengths in flexibility,public welfare,and resource integration,are pivotal in responding to the elderly population's desire to remain active in society.They play a crucial role in optimizing the elderly volunteer service system and contributing to the governance of an aging society.The"Public Welfare Time"volunteer service platform,managed by the Guangzhou Volunteer Association,has developed strategies for supporting elderly volunteer services through various approaches,including government guidance,policy support,self-generation,community engagement,and modern technology.This paper proposes strategies and recommendations for social organizations to enhance their involvement in elderly volunteer services,aiming to improve service delivery and support for the aging population.
