本文基于音速喷嘴式气体流量标准装置,对热式气体质量流量计的测量结果不确定度进行详细的分析评定,并给出各个流量检测点测量结果的不确定度。为提高热式气体质量流量计的检校水平提供数据参考。

Based on the sonic nozzle gas flow standard device,the uncertainty of measurement results of thermal gas mass flowmeter is evaluated in detail,and the uncertainty of each flow monitoring point is given.It provides data reference for improving the calibration level of thermal gas mass flowmeter.
