摘要
HJ 478-2009《水质多环芳烃的测定液液萃取和固相萃取高效液相色谱法》标准对高效液相色谱仪的柱温箱使用温度尚未明确,且行业内同行未对该检测条件进行深入探究。本文目的是研究HJ 478-2009在使用高效液相色谱仪的最佳使用温度和最佳流动相流量,探索仪器柱温箱温度对分离16种多环芳香烃组分的影响,确保国家标准溶液质控GBW 08736多环芳烃标准溶液在标准证书范围内。结论表明,不同柱温箱温度对于多环芳烃组分的分离存在一定的影响,最佳温度为20℃,流动相流量对某些成分存在一定影响,流动相流速0.8ml/min~1.2ml/min均可。
HJ 478-2009 Water Quality-Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons Byliquid-Liquid Extraction and Solid-Phase Etracton-High Performance Liquid Chromatography standard is not clear about the temperature of column temperature high-performance liquid chromatography,and the industry has not deeply explored the testing conditions.The objective of the paper was to investigate the optimal operating temperature and flow rate of the mobile phase in the HJ 478-2009 High-performance liquid chromatography,and to explore the effect of column temperature on the separation of 16 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon components,to ensure that the national standard solution quality control GBW08736 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon standard solution within the scope of the standard certificate.The results showed that the optimum temperature was 20℃,the flow rate of mobile phase has some influence on some components,the flow rate of mobile phase is 0.8ml/min~1.2ml/min.
