人才是国家高质量发展的重要基础和保障,国家战略科技力量的重点在高校。在新时代,立德树人是高等教育的根本任务。本文以《兽医药理学与毒理学》为例,以教师职责为切入点,从提升学科育人的意识,提高学科育人的能力,深入开展课程思政建设。在课程教学中增强教师人才培养的主体责任,将课程思政元素与专业知识有机融合于教学实践中,在育才的同时完善学科育人,以期培养以国家需求为导向的战略人才。

Talent is a critical foundation and guarantee for a country's high-quality development,with a primary focus on national strategic scientific and technological strength residing in universities.In the new era,cultivating virtues and fostering talent(moral education)is the fundamental mission of higher education.Taking"Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology"as an example,this paper discusses the teacher's role,focusing on enhancing awareness of educational objectives within the discipline,improving educators'ability to foster talent,and actively incorporating ideological and political elements into the curriculum.By reinforcing the teacher's primary responsibility in cultivating talent,this approach organically integrates ideological and political education with specialized knowledge in the classroom.The goal is to educate strategic talents that meet national needs while advancing the disciplinary mission of talent development.
